Analyze different water filter cartridges

PP Cotton Filter Cartridges

Features: The outer layer has thick fibers, the inner layer has thinner fibers, the outer layer is loose, and the inner layer has a tight structure with gradually changing diameter. The unique gradient depth filtration forms a three-dimensional filter residue effect, which has the characteristics of high porosity, good retention rate, large dirt holding capacity, large flow rate, and low pressure drop.
The PP cotton filter element itself has good cleanliness and no pollution to water quality. Corrosion resistance of acid, alkali and other chemical reagents and organic solvents. The PP cotton filter element has high strength, and when the filtration pressure difference is 0.4Mpa, the filter element will not deform.

Function: Filtration accuracy is divided into 1 micron and 5 micron. The raw water is initially filtered to remove suspended solids, sediment, rust, colloid and other substances in the water, and water is required to form an RO membrane.
Wire Wound Filter Cartridges

Material: The yarn materials include polypropylene fiber, acrylic fiber, absorbent cotton fiber, etc.

Features: It is refined by finely winding textile fiber yarn with good filtering performance on a porous skeleton. By controlling the winding tightness and density of the yarn during winding, filter cores with different precision can be made.

Function: It can remove suspended solids and particulate impurities in water.
Pleated Membrane Filter Cartridges

Material: It is a precision filter made of polypropylene thermal spray fiber membrane, nylon, polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane, etc. as the filter medium.

Features: The sealing of the end cover of the filter element and the connection of the overall structure are all bonded by hot melt, which has the advantages of small size, large filtering area and high precision.

Function: Filtration precision is from 0.1 micron to 60 micron. It can remove visible particles and suspended solids in water.
