Panel Filters
Introduction:
Panel filters are used in air filtration to give to a filter media a stable and standard/custom-sized frame, to simplify the stocking, installation and replacement of the filters. Panel filters are available in metal, plastic or cardboard frame and come standard with a filter medium of superior quality for the highest possible dust collection performance. The most common panel filters are made in galvanized sheet metal with a pleated filter media to increase the specific filtering surface area. The galvanized sheet metal is the material most chosen for economical convenience, ease of installation and mechanical characteristics. The economically and environmentally friendly frame for the panel filter has a one-piece design, with fiberglass media. The properties of this media ensure optimal separation capacity, maximum dust containment and complete dust particle release prevention, while optimizing costs.
